We ship to all destinations within Australia and internationally via the Australia Post network and FastWay couriers.. This means that your package will always be able to be tracked. We will send you a tracking number once it has been sent.

Delivery Time Frame
Our products are made to order and hand made. Orders are usually dispatched within 4 business days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on location. Please allow for a longer time if living out of Metropolitan areas.  If you need the order urgently, please let us know and we will aim to have it to you, as you need it. All orders are shipped from Melbourne. 

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not happy with the order, have any questions or the product is faulty, please send us an email at hello@newmoonblends.com and we can work out a solution. Returns or replacement of products are within 14 days of original purchase. Please note we do not offer change of mind returns and products must be unopened and in the original condition. Please be aware that the return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a product arrives broken or damaged, we are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of the damage/defect is required
