How much is shipping?
There is a flat rate of $10 for shipping. For orders over $90, shipping is free.
On international orders this depends on size and weight, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for information.
How long does it take to send my order?
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated between 5-7 business days depending on location.
Is everything natural?
Yes, all the ingredients are natural and organic. We also make sure that everything we use is Australia made with the exception of some herbs that are best found in other parts of the world.
Are all your products vegan?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on making sure that everything is cruelty free and vegan. It is all made by humans and tested by humans.
Can I use these products on sensitive skin?
Yes! All products are made for sensitive skin and to refresh and hydrate. The main ones I would recommend are the Aloe makeup remover, the hydrating sprays & anything with lavender in it. As all skin types are different, it is best to patch test before use.
What is the shelf life of your products?
As all products are natural and without preservatives, we suggest using the products within 6-12 months.
Can I return my product?
Absolutely, please read the terms and conditions under the “shipping & returns tab”. Please note we do not do change of mind returns.
Do you wholesale?

Is it possible to pick up my order?
Sure thing. You can pick up from our home studio in Caulfield if you are close by. Enter the discount code LOCAL at the checkout and we will contact you when your order is ready to be collected.
Do you do refills?
Yes we do, we care about the environment, so we would love our gorgeous bottles to be reused. We give a 20% discount for sending it back and free postage for our eco friendly lovers. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get in contact with us about sending the bottles back.
What do I do if my items arrive damaged?
If for some reason the items arrive damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item & some brief details to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the goods. We will then be in contact with you and fix the problem.
